Selank (10mg): Product Description
Selank is a synthetic heptapeptide derived from the naturally occurring immunomodulatory peptide tuftsin. Its amino-acid sequence is Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro, consisting of seven residues arranged to support laboratory investigation of neuropeptide signaling and peptide stability. Selank has become a compound of interest in controlled in-vitro research involving neurotransmitter regulation, gene-expression responses, stress-associated signaling and neuroplasticity-related mechanisms.
Experimental models have examined its interaction with pathways associated with serotonin, dopamine, GABAergic signaling and brain-derived neurotrophic factor. These areas of research are intended to improve the scientific understanding of how short regulatory peptides may influence cellular communication and neurological signaling under controlled laboratory conditions.
Selank at a purity of at least 99% by HPLC and supplies it exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. The material is not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any medical condition. Product-specific analytical information should always be confirmed using the accompanying Certificate of Analysis.
